Thibaud Boudignon Savennières "Clos de la Hutte" '23

Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, from massal selection vines planted in 2011. From the lieu-dit Clos de La Hutte, in the hamlet of La Possonnière, on the site of a former monastery. Grown on solid schist. Fermented with indigenous yeast, no malolactic conversion. Half of the wine is aged in 350-liter barrels, and the other half in 500-liter barrels (15% new). This has become one of the iconic wines of the Savennières appellation.
